What we collect
- Details you give us through our quote form or by email: your name, company, email address, phone number and project information.
- Anonymous usage data collected by analytics tools, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and deliver any services you ask us for. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@osmedia.org and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
